Brighter Smiles Giveaway – Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
The Brighter Smile Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least [18] years of age at the time of entry and are new patients to Mandras Dental. Existing patients of Mandras Dental and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household member) are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited. Treatment subject to professional evaluation.
Employees, officers and directors of Mandras Dental (the “Sponsor”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child or sibling) or household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate or win.
By entering, each participant (“Entrant”) accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
2. Sponsor
The Promotion is sponsored by Mandras Dental, located at 2265 Livernois Rd #406, Troy, MI 48083.
3. Promotion Period
Entries will be accepted starting at 12am EST on October 21st, 2025 and ending at 11:59 EST on November 2nd, 2025. Entries received before or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.
4. How to Enter
There are three (3) ways to enter the Promotion during the Entry Period. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
A. Online Form Entry
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the official “Enter to Win” form available through the Sponsor’s online advertisement.
Participants must provide their full name, email address, and phone number to be entered.
Limit one (1) form entry per person. Duplicate form entries using different email addresses, names, or phone numbers will be void.
B. Social Media Entry
Participants may earn additional entries by engaging with the Sponsor’s official Giveaway post on Facebook as follows:
Like or Follow the Sponsor’s official page for (1) additional entry @MandrasDental.
Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments section of the Giveaway post.
Each unique tagged friend counts as one (1) additional entry (limit (10) tag entries per person).
Share the Giveaway post to your feed or story for one (5) bonus entries.
All actions must remain visible and active through the end of the Promotion Period. Entries that are incomplete, removed, or made from private accounts that cannot be verified will be void.

C. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without submitting an online form or using social media, hand-print your name, complete mailing address, and phone number, along with the words
“Brighter Smile Giveaway Entry – Mandras Dental”
on a plain 3” × 5” postcard and mail it in a standard business envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 2, 2025 and received by November 7, 2025 to be eligible.
Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person/household. All mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a free whitening treatment valued at Five Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars ($599) (the “Prize”). The Prize must be redeemed at Sponsor’s office located at 2265 Livernois Rd #406, Troy, MI 48083. Winner is responsible for travel and any associated travel costs to the redemption location. If winner does not schedule and attend the treatment at that location within 26 weeks of notification, Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be provided, except Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $599. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and any other costs and expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about November 7th 2025 from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by phone and email within 5 days following the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of first attempted notification, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or otherwise does not meet eligibility requirements, the potential winner will forfeit the Prize and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries.
8. General Conditions
By participating, Entrants agree to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor; (b) release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liability, injury, loss or damage arising out of or relating to: (i) participation in the Promotion, (ii) acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize, and (iii) any travel to/from the prize redemption location. The Prize is awarded “as is” without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by the Sponsor.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, winner grants Sponsor permission to use his/her name, likeness, city/state of residence, photo, voice and/or statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation.
10. Privacy
Information submitted by Entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy https://mandrasdental.com/privacy-policy. By entering, each Entrant consents to the use of his/her personal information for the administration of the Promotion and to receive future communications from Sponsor (unless Entrant opts out).
11. Disputes; Governing Law
Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of the Entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to choice of law rules.
If applicable: Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release within 10 days of notification, or Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
12. Limitations of Liability; Force Majeure
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, corrupt or incomplete entries; (b) any technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware or software; (c) any failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or otherwise; (d) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of the Prize; (e) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion (in whole or in part) if any fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control substantially affects the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the Prize from among the non-suspect eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
13. Winners List
For the names of the winners (available after November 12th, 2025), send a separate self-addressed stamped envelope by December 31st, 2025 to: Mandras Dental at 2265 Livernois Rd #406, Troy, MI 48083. Requests must be received byJanuary 5th, 2026.
14. Miscellaneous
Void where prohibited. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants may not assign or transfer their rights and obligations under these Official Rules. The headings used in these Rules are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Official Rules.
